Way back when, before we ever thought of making candy, we had a pistachio toffee that blew our minds and inspired a career change. This is that toffee. After many years of goofing around with bacon, almonds, lavender, etc., we're coming back to our roots to finally bring you the toffee that launched a (small) empire.

Organic pistachios, Organic Fair-Trade sugar, Gilt Edge Creamery butter and Esprit du Sel, all lovingly hand-dipped in Guittard Chocolate's 72% Coucher du Soliel.
